​PrimeFire practise for coaching, embodiment and self-reflection,  located at Kerkedijk 116 ,  3615BJ Westbroek,  is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (also called the General Data Protection Regulation (or abbreviated to the GDPR) is a regulation of the European Union that represents a significant change in the existing framework for processing of personal data of natural persons in the EU. The GDPR introduces a set of new or stricter requirements that apply to companies that process personal data. The regulation enters into force on 2 5 May 2018 and replaces the current European Directive 95/46 EC, better known as the Data protection directive.

PrimeFire processes your personal data because you use our services and /or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of personal data that we process:

–  Skype-,  Facetime-  of  Zoom  addresses

 

Special and/or sensitive personal data

PrimeFire processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:
– Data regarding your personal development.
You provide this information during individual consultations at PrimeFire.
– Data required for running the practice and invoicing.

 

For what purposes we process personal data

PrimeFire processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– To be able to follow the personal process and development of each individual client
– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to communicate about agreements or substantive matters.
– Inform you about changes.
– Handling billing and payment.
– Sending our newsletter and/or information about new activities.

 

Automated decision-making

PrimeFire does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a human being involved. PrimeFire does not use any computer programs or systems for this.

How long we keep personal data

PrimeFire does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
– Personal data related to individual sessions: As long as you wish to be registered to remain as an individual client or student.
– Special personal data collected during consultations at least 15 years.
– Standard financial personal data: Fiscal Retention period at least 7 years.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

PrimeFire does not sell data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Companies that process our financial data – for example, our accountant – also takes care of the confidential and secure processing of invoice and address data. PrimeFire remains responsible for these processing operations.

 

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

PrimeFire only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. It also allows us to optimize our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. View data consent or data processing withdraw

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by PrimeFire. How we protect personal data

PrimeFire takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification according to the new provisions of the GDPR. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact sander@primefire.nl
In addition, we are making adjustments to ensure that, when further guidelines are drawn up by data protection authorities, the processes and practices (amply) comply with specific elements of the new rules.
